For the purposes of these Terms, “you” shall be the person accessing the Website and “we” or “us” refers to GuavaJam.

These Terms will govern all online sales made via the Website. Please read carefully before ordering, if you do not agree with the Terms you should not use or access this Website. By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by the Terms.

Please note that the Terms can change at any time with a new version on our website. Our applicable terms and conditions of use are those published on this web page at the time you place your order.

Products are sold for your personal and not for your professional use.

You must be eighteen or more to use the Website or with the agreement of a parent or guardian if you are under eighteen.

Article 2. Product availability and description

Only the products currently displayed on the Website are offered for sale (subject to stock availability).

Availability information is provided on each product description.

Photographs of products are issued for indicative purposes. You shall read the description and details relating to the product.

Article 3. Orders

When placing an order, you agree that any information given is accurate and complete.

To place an order, you will have to register and create an account by providing your first and last names, email address and creating a private password. Once registered, you would be able to add the desired product to your “basket” or remove it to correct any mistakes.

To check out, we will ask for additional information such as delivery address, billing address and bank/payment details.

Once you have confirmed your basket and check out, your order constitutes an offer and will be subject to acceptance by GuavaJam. We will then send you an email to acknowledge receipt of your order.

Once we are ready to dispatch, we will take payment and send you a further email summarising your order details, usual delivery times and confirming the dispatch ("Order Confirmation").

No contract of sale will exist between you and GuavaJam until we send you the Order Confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to refuse an order for example if:

  • The order is excessive and not for personal use
  • The product ordered is temporarily or permanently out of stock
  • We have been unable to obtain authorisation of payment.

If your order has not been accepted, you will receive an email explaining the reasons why. No compensation will be offered but you will not be charged for any order until the product is dispatched.

Article 4. Payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and shipping and taxes will be calculated at checkout.

We accept the following forms of payment: credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo Electron, Amex).

All card payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer and your card will not be debited until the order has been prepared for dispatch.

Article 5. Delivery

We will aim to deliver your order within five working days from the date of the Order Confirmation. We only deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Article 6. Cancelling an order and refunds

You have up to 14 days to cancel your order after your order is delivered. Please send us an email to info@guavajambebe.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.

You must return the item to us at your own expense within fourteen days of the date on which you cancel your order.

Within 14 days of receipt of the item, we will refund you the cost of your order.

Article 7. Force Majeure

Gavajam is not liable for any delay or non-performance of its contractual obligations if such failure or delay results from any circumstances or event beyond GuavaJam reasonable control.

Article 8. Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
